Shamanic Cheerleading
Create a vortex of funk and divine pep! Unabashedly unleash your inner cheerleader as we dance, stomp and shout our way to enlightenment!
All genders and experience levels welcome. Feel free to let the title inspire your outfit and come with makeshift pom poms! We'll immerse ourseves in playful body percussion, expressive movement, cheer-tan, acro-antics -- and of course learn some Shamanic Cheers you can use when anyone's higher self needs a little rallying.
