This workshop guides women through a series of movements and offerings to reclaim sensuality and sexuality for themselves in a safe space, while rediscovering their personal experience of pleasure. Women's psyches are bombarded with notions of what sexy is, disconnecting us from the experience of what it feels like in our own bodies. No more shall we allow for our bodies to be used as marketing schemes to fulfill viewer’s fantasies. Now is the time to reclaim the power of our sexuality, to reconnect with our feminine sensuality and to offer ourselves the gift of deep pleasure and embodiment.
