Connect to your inner nothingness!
We'll go through two simple meditations, both from Taoist lineages. One focuses on connecting to everything/universe, and the other focuses on connecting to nothingness. We'll do a quick discussion on why you want to connect to everything/nothing, and the associated benefits. Then we'll jump right in. These are super simple visualization meditations that anyone can do. No need to have any prior experience with meditation or Taoism.

Props/Equipment Needed for Workshop from camp:
Note: I listed 1 assistant. That's really only if we need someone directing people in. Or, if anyone has some emotional issue that needs special attention. I wouldn't expect either of those things to come up, and can run the event without an assistant, no problem.
Props: None needed. If pillows for seated meditation are available, that would be great!
