Begginer Acro Yoga Intro to Ninja Star
This class will cover the basic poses of Ninja Star individually focusing on stability and control. Once the basic poses are achieved with confidence groups and partners will be shown the techniques required to transition from on pose to the next in both directions. Once we have pieced together the connections everyone who is ready will be able to safely maneuver though the full sequence. Depending on class progress if time permits we will also go over different versions of Ninja Star, Goofey Ninja Star, High Star Ninja Star, or even cartwheel pops and H2H in Ninja Star.
