Let yourself touch and be touched at your very heart. A safe space to open, live, feel, touch, acknowledge, experience and share.
Participants will be invited to explore their heart field, sensations and space through relaxation techniques and touch based techniques derived from osteopathy.Listening, holding space with touch will be encouraged between participants in a silent way.At the end, verbal exchange will be encouraged.
