"Naming-it" to others by Eleanor

The workshop is about building communication tools. Specifically "Naming it" is about speaking your emotional truth to another person. I, the facilitator, used to find it very difficult to have those difficult conversations we have to have with romantic partners, friends work colleagues and so forth. However during my training to become a psychotherapist, not only did I learn how to "name-it", but I learned how empowering it was to do so, and my relationships and life has improved as a consequence. As a result I want to gift the playa some of the skills I have learnt by offering a series of "Naming-it"workshops, so I can make becoming a better communicating easy and fun. So please join me and come "name-it".
