Trust, Boundaries, and Dance
Cultivate meaningful trust with your dance partners. Simple contact improv exercises, practice listening for and communicating about boundaries.
Experience dance more fully by learning to cultivate meaningful trust with your partners. Through discussion and simple contact improv exercises, we will practice listening for and communicating about boundaries with mindfulness, grace, and presence. Invite your favorite partners -- we will conduct "consent bonding" ceremonies to carry you trustfully into a night of dancing! (No prior dance experience required)
