Authentic Relating Games with Elektra

Authentic Relating is a safe place for us to explore curiosity, getting someone’s world, and being playful together. The games may resemble improv but with a different intention: We play communication games to create meaningful and enjoyable connections with each other. With clear boundaries we’ll practice relating to each other from a deep, authentic expression of our truth and play together. This workshop will be highly experiential, consisting of individual, paired, and group exercises that explore ways of seeing, connecting, appreciating yourself and others at a deeper level.
