The meal plan is included in Camp Contact dues, and you choose how you participate on your registration form — including doing kitchen shifts with your pod, or opting out and bringing your own food. The meals page shows the planned meals for the event, and the meal plan list shows who's on the plan.
The kitchen cooks around everyone's needs: your diet, allergy, and special-request answers on the registration form feed the Kitchen Dashboard reports the chefs use. Meal preparation itself is done by campers on meal shifts.
