Dinner at Camp ContactThe meal plan is now complete - see below for daily menus and general snack/breakfast/lunch food info. If this list doesn’t feel like it will fulfill you, bring your own snacks/food supplements to make you happy.

Saturday the 23rd - set up folks are on their own for food. Darrell will bring snacks and dinner for Sunday night.
Sunday the 24th: dinner provided by camp, meal tba.

Monday the 25th: Fusion Feast: Veggie Stir Fry with tempeh, rice, salad
Tuesday the 26th: Thai Temptations: Pad Thai with pea sop and salad
Wednesday the 27th: Indian Inundation: Lentil Daal, Aloo Gobi, Rice, Kneer
Thursday, the 28th: Middle-Eastern Madness: Falafels and fixins in pitas, dolmas
Friday, the 29th: Hippy Heaven: Vegan mac and cheese with veggies, salad of some sort
Saturday the 30th: Japanese Juju: Miso Soup, rice, root salad with tahini-miso dressing
Sunday the 30th: Bye-bye Burritos: bean burritos, salsa, and whatever veggies are left!

For breakfast, lunch, and snacks, the camp will also be providing: bread, bagels, chips crackers, sesami sticks, dried fruit (mangos, raisins, strawberry strips, bananas), fresh fruit (while it lasts), nuts (walnuts, peanuts, pistachios, almonds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter, jam, hummus, cereal, granola, oatmeal, raisins, limited rice milk, powdered soy and cow milk, limited juice, chai, green, chamomile, and peppermint teas, coffee, oils and vinegars and condiments, fig bars, chocolate and carob chips (while they last), date-coconut rolls (while they last), ricecakes, cheese, tofu and tempeh.

While we would like most people to arrive to the camp by Monday, Aug 25th, we are looking for a few late arrivers who could bring fresh greens in with them, and be reimbursed. Email Brooking if this is something you could help us with (brookinggATgmailDOTcom).

LEAD CHEFS are all set, many thanks to our volunteers. Those who have taken on the role of Lead Chef, for their time planning and taking on the responsibility of cooking, get credit for the four work shifts (although they’re still responsible for 2 of the 5 work parties).
