1)pre-whatwherewhen deadline (ask Darrell) collect proposals for events and descriptions, schedule them, and get the descriptions into the WhatWhereWhen by the deadline. THIS IS A CRITICALLY IMPORTANT JOB as this is how people on the playa know that we exist and offer classes. At the least, what needs to be in the what where when are
a)daily fundamentals of contact improvisation classes 1-3 and 3:30-5:30, Tuesday – Sunday
b)daily Contact Improvisation Jam at Center Camp, Monday – Sunday, 10am-noon
all else is extracredit for what where when, but as much as we can get in, the better, as that gets more people coming by camp more.
2)pre-playa continue to collect proposals and organize a schedule that leaves space for events to arise spontaneously when we get to the playa, but also allows us to start with some momentum and some things already happening and drawing people in. examples… performances, classes in other things than contact, etc.
3)on playa, continue coordinating proposlas and spaces and maintain the big white board at the entrance to camp with all events and classes listed on it (except the Wednesday). Also, on playa, get people from camp to sign up to teach Fundamentals classes
